Pemberton's Florist & Gift Shop

I just recently sent an arrangement to a friend of mine from Pemberton's. It was delivered Monday, and when I saw it yesterday after six days, it was still gorgeous! It was a fantastic mix of pink roses and ranunculous, with baby's breath and other flowers. Truly stunning, but for it to last almost a week is exceptional. Thank you Pemberton's for making my friend so happy!

I’ve recently started getting flowers from this place, and I’m very impressed. They create perfect flower combinations, work quickly, and every arrangement is beautiful and thoughtfully made. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered $50 worth of flowers & requested a full arrangement of less costly flowers rather then spendy roses. Sadly this arrangement fell flat— Pretty unsatisfactory looking as well- Will NOT be using this florist again. After calling to ask pricing for the flowers used the gal was not once apologetic or understanding when I spoke about my experience. Ugh- where did good customer service go? I wasn’t asked for a refund but rather an explanation so I could understand better why this arrangement was so boring.

UPDATE APRIL 4, 2026 Katie, you’ve done it again! The Easter centerpieces were absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully designed with the perfect touch of seasonal charm. You always take my vision and turn it into something even better than I imagined, which is why you’re my go-to designer at Pemberton's Florist. Thank you for making our table so special—and for always being such a joy to work with. Five stars, every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SEE PHOTOS BELOW REVIEW! UPDATE DECEMBER 27, 2025 Pemberton’s Florist continues to be my absolute #1 florist in Salem—and today they proved exactly why. I’m hosting a baby shower tomorrow with a Woodland Animals theme and brought my idea to Katie, who partnered with Susan to bring it to life. What they created was beyond adorable—thoughtful, creative, and beautifully executed. The arrangement far exceeded my expectations and was truly everything I hoped for (and more!). Their artistry, attention to detail, and genuine care made the process such a joy. Thank you for creating something so special and for helping make my event even more memorable. Pemberton’s still holds that #1 spot without question! ____________________________________

The staff are very friendly and personable. The arrangements are almost exactly as pictured! They turned out so amazingly beautiful! Even though we ordered kind of last minute, they did a really splendid arrangement for a casket spray and a tripod spray. We also ordered 4 dozen Roses for mondays service. I will definitely be returning, hopefully under better circumstances. We really appreciate all they did during this hard time for our family.
